Beautiful soul, I hope you're having a calm and grounding summer. Over the past few months, I've been reflecting on how I want this next chapter of my work to look, and I've realised it's time to make a change. For many years I've travelled all over London, teaching in studios, hotels, wellness spaces and private venues. It's been an incredible journey, and I'm so grateful for every opportunity, every class and every person I've had the privilege of meeting along the way. But my heart keeps bringing me back to one place. My studio. House of Moon was always created to be more than a studio. It was created as a sanctuary—a space where people could arrive, exhale and experience genuine transformation. Somewhere I can welcome you personally, without rushing off to the next venue or trying to be everywhere at once. So I'm making a conscious decision to simplify. Rather than spreading myself across London, I'm choosing to focus my energy on holding space here at House of Moon, supporting my private clients more deeply, continuing to train the next generation of facilitators, and creating a small number of carefully curated retreats each year that allow for real transformation. It feels like the right time. I've learnt that saying yes to what matters most also means saying no to things that no longer feel aligned. This isn't about offering less—it's about offering more of myself, more presence and more intention in everything I create. With that in mind, I'm delighted to say that my private session calendar is now open. These one-to-one sessions are completely tailored to you. Whether you're looking to regulate your nervous system, release emotional blocks, experience Gaia Frequency Reiki, powerful Light Code Healing, work through trauma, or cord cutting, or simply have a space where you can be fully seen and supported, every session is guided by what you need on the day. Sessions are available both in person at House of Moon in North London and online, making it possible to work together wherever you are.
