THE SOUND OF LIGHT
You’ll begin with immersive online study, building your foundations in your own time — understanding sound, energy, and the principles that make this work so powerful. From there, we come together for 8 days of in-person training (across two weeks), where everything becomes embodied, lived, and real.
We explore music theory, the history and science of sound, and the energetic dimensions of working with frequency.
You’ll train with shamanic instruments, copper bowls, crystal bowls, and the gong — moving from fundamental techniques into more advanced, intuitive mastery. This is a highly practical, hands-on experience. You’ll experiment, explore, and refine your skills through guided practice — learning how to facilitate 1:1 sessions and confidently hold space for groups.
By the end, you won’t just understand sound healing — you’ll be able to live it, lead it, and share it.

YOUR TEACHER I’M MARIA
Maria Lodetoft brings over seven years of dedicated experience in sound healing, alongside building a successful and abundant business rooted in integrity and heart-led work.
Her approach is grounded in the belief that when you train, you don’t just learn techniques — you imprint the energy of your teacher. This training is therefore not only about knowledge, but about stepping into a frequency of trust, authenticity, and aligned success.
Maria has trained with renowned teachers including Rolf Nitsch, Aidan McIntyre, and Tim Byford, and studied crystal bowls with Yantara Jiro. Her foundation is further supported by studies in yoga philosophy and embodiment, and she is a Reiki Master.
Alongside the energetic and practical training, Maria also shares guidance on building a sustainable and successful business — including sales, marketing, and how to grow your work in alignment with your values.
