hello there, I hold space for deeply restorative healing experiences that allows your body to be grounded and held.
My work is centred around guiding people from a stress, overwhelm and survival state, into a place where the nervous system can soften, allowing space for healing, restoration and deep transformation.
Through movement, sound frequency, and energy work, rooted in nature and Gaia, I offer a space where people can release what they have been holding, letting go and restore balance in the body.
I offer nervous system-informed trainings in Reiki and Sound Healing for facilitators who feel deeply called to this work. Together, we explore how to hold nurturing and safe spaces for healing, moving beyond techniques and theory, and into the art of sacred energy work. Learning to share your gifts with knowledge, reasonability and integrity.
