Maria Lodetoft is one of the UK’s leading sound and energy healers, supporting women to reconnect with themselves, their bodies and their feminine energy through healing soundscapes, workshops and retreats.
Her work blends ancient healing traditions with a modern understanding of the nervous system, creating spaces where women can soften, regulate and reconnect with their bodies, intuition and feminine energy — allowing healing and transformation to unfold from within. Marias offerings include sound-healing, Gaia Frequency Reiki and her signature modality, Light Code healing, featured on BBC and in METRO magazine.
Alongside her healing work, Maria trains and mentors women who feel called to work with sound and energy — Supporting them to become deeply embodied, intuitive space holders and create successful businesses that honour their feminine way of leading and living — through flow, trust and intuition.

hello there, I’M MARIA
For many years, I was the woman who held everything together. I was fiercely independent, always doing, always giving, and rarely allowing myself to truly feel or be supported. Until eventually, my body asked me to stop.
My own healing became a journey back to my feminine — learning to soften, receive, trust and feel safe enough to let others hold me too. That journey became the foundation of the work I share today.
Through sound healing, Light Language, Gaia Frequency Reiki, retreats and private ceremonies, I now create spaces for women to soften out of constant doing, reconnect with their bodies and feminine energy, and allow healing to unfold from within.
I also train women who feel called to hold space for others — supporting them to become deeply embodied, intuitive space holders and create successful businesses that honour their feminine way of leading and living.
At the heart of everything I do is one simple intention: to create spaces where women feel safe enough to soften, and learn to understand themselves better.
