Maria Lodetoft is one of the UK’s leading healers, creating elevating experiences for women trough sound, energy healing and cosmic connection. She well known for her beautiful Light Language transmissions and signature Light Code Healing sessions.
Her work bridges the earthly and cosmic, weaving ancient healing traditions with a embodied understanding of divine feminine energy.
Through immersive workshops, retreats and private sessions Maria supports women to awaken into the full expression of themselves. Her work has been featured by leading publications, including BBC radio, British Vouge and METRO magazine.
Alongside her healing work, Maria trains and mentors women who feel called to hold space for others with Sound and reiki — Supporting them to become embodied, intuitive space holders and create successful businesses that honour their feminine way of leading and living.

hello there, I’M MARIA
My journey into this work began in 2019, during a chapter of profound personal change. After my divorce, and my dark night of the soul, I experienced what I can only describe as a cosmic initiation — an opening that expanded the way I understood myself, healing and the world around me.
I began exploring sound frequency as the original vibration, connecting to the Arctuiran Council of Light, and channelling Light Language and Light Codes. What followed became a journey between the earthly and the cosmic — while finding my way back into my feminine, to Gaia and a deeper trust in what I could feel beyond what I could explain.
Over the years, that connection has continued to deepen and evolve, teaching me as much about being human as it has about the unseen. My path has become one of remembering — learning to soften, surrender and trust the wisdom within me, while staying deeply grounded in Gaia as I explore everything that exists beyond her.
