  • A deeply nurturing one-to-one experience designed to support your body, mind and energy system to soften, release and restore.

    Your journey begins with a short consultation and intention setting, allowing the session to be tailored to your unique needs in the present moment. Using a carefully curated collection of crystal singing bowls, shamanic instruments, chimes and sacred sound, you'll be guided into a deeply restorative state where the nervous system can settle and the body can naturally move towards balance.

    Throughout the session, the instruments are played both around and directly on the body, allowing their vibrations to be felt not only through the ears but through the tissues, fluids and energetic layers of the body, creating an immersive sound journey that encourages deep relaxation, energetic clearing and emotional release.

    The experience concludes with gentle hands-on channelled energy healing, offering a final opportunity for integration, restoring harmony and supporting the body's own innate healing intelligence.

  • Gaia Frequency Healing is my signature healing modality, born from years of working with sound, Reiki, energy medicine, and an ever-deepening connection with the wisdom of the Earth.

    At the heart of this work is the understanding that Gaia holds the original blueprint of life—a field of intelligence that remembers balance, harmony, and wholeness. By connecting with this nurturing frequency, the body is gently invited out of survival and back into a state where healing can naturally begin.
