PRIVATE SESSIONS
gAIA FREQUENCY REIKI

Reconnect with the wisdom of the Earth through my signature Gaia Frequency Reiki. A deeply grounding energy healing experience combining gentle touch, and intuitive energy healing to restore balance, regulate the nervous system, and support healing on every level.

emotional balancing chakra balancing, healing physical injury, calming anxiety

45 min | £111 online and £125 in-person

  • Gaia Frequency Healing is my signature healing modality, born from years of working with sound, Reiki, energy medicine, and an ever-deepening connection with the wisdom of the Earth.

At the heart of this work is the understanding that Gaia holds the original blueprint of life—a field of intelligence that remembers balance, harmony, and wholeness. By connecting with this nurturing frequency, the body is gently invited out of survival and back into a state where healing can naturally begin.

Each session combines gentle hands-on energy healing, intuitive guidance, Light Codes, and Light Language transmissions to support healing across the physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual bodies. The work is deeply grounding, calming the nervous system, restoring energetic flow, balancing the chakras, and creating a sense of safety within the body.

Every session is unique and guided by what your body and energy field need most. During your treatment, I may receive intuitive insights, messages, or guidance to help you better understand the challenges you are currently navigating. Where appropriate, the session may also include past-life healing, ancestral healing, or the release of energetic patterns that are no longer serving your highest good.

Many clients seek Gaia Frequency Healing when they are experiencing stress, burnout, emotional overwhelm, physical discomfort, grief, major life transitions, or simply feel disconnected from themselves. Others come to deepen their spiritual connection while remaining rooted, present, and embodied.

Rather than forcing change, Gaia Frequency Healing gently reminds the body of its own innate intelligence. As the nervous system settles and the energy field comes back into balance, space is created for greater clarity, resilience, vitality, and inner peace.

This is a deeply restorative experience that honours both the wisdom of the Earth and the wisdom already held within you.

LIGHT CODE HEALING

Maria’s signature healing modality (featured on the BBC and in METRO) working in the quantum field, through multiple timelines (past, present and future). Powerful healing and upgrades.

Cord cutting, timeline upgrades, release limiting beliefs, trauma release, activation of new frequency

45 min | £150

  • Begin your session with energetic clearing to gently release stagnant or heavy energy from your field, creating space for deep healing and transformation. We then activate your energetic grids, allowing Maria to read your energy field and channel the Light Codes and frequencies that are most aligned with what your soul, body and nervous system are ready to receive.

Each session is completely intuitive and guided by your energy in the moment. Working within the quantum field across past, present and future timelines, Maria facilitates profound energetic shifts that support healing at the root level rather than simply addressing the symptoms.

The session concludes with Gaia Frequency Reiki, a deeply grounding and nurturing energy transmission that helps integrate the healing, regulate the nervous system, and anchor the new frequencies into your physical and energetic body.

Depending on what arises during your session, this work may include:

    • Energy clearing and aura balancing

    • Grid activation and Light Code healing

    • Inner child healing

    • Trauma and emotional release

    • Timeline collapse and quantum upgrades

    • Cord cutting and energetic boundary restoration

    • Releasing limiting beliefs and subconscious patterns

    • Chakra balancing and energetic alignment

    • Activation of your highest timeline and soul potential

Maria's signature healing modality has been featured on the BBC and in METRO, combining intuitive energy work, Gaia Frequency Reiki and quantum healing to support deep transformation, clarity and lasting energetic change.

PAST LIFE HEALING

Healing that reaches the past, present and future.

Soul Contract review, past life regression healing, pattern and habit understanding from past life experiences, timeline collapses and soul retrieval.

45 min | £150 Online & £175 In-Person

  • Sometimes, what we are experiencing in this lifetime didn't begin here.

A repeating pattern, an unexplained fear, a block around love, abundance, visibility, success, your spiritual gifts or self-worth may have roots that reach beyond your present story.

In a Timeline Healing session, we begin with what is showing up in your life today and follow the energetic thread back to its origin. Through intuitive guidance, Light Code Healing and Light Language, we may be taken into childhood, ancestral patterns, past lives or other energetic timelines where the original wound, belief or imprint was created.

Rather than simply witnessing the past, we work with what is still being carried from it — releasing old emotional imprints, limiting beliefs, energetic attachments and soul contracts that no longer need to follow you forward.

You don't need to know where the pattern began. You simply bring what is present for you now.

We follow the thread, heal what is ready to be healed, and create space for a new timeline to begin.

READINGS

A intuitive reading offering guidance, clarity and a deeper understanding of what is unfolding in your life.

Guidance, messages from spirit, oracle card readings

15 min | £20 Add on
45 min | £111 Online & £120 In-Person

  • Throughout life, we can carry energetic residue from people, places, relationships and experiences. Sometimes we recognise exactly where it comes from; other times, we simply feel heavy, drained, stuck or sense that we are carrying energy that doesn't feel like our own.

This session is especially powerful when moving through a transition — after a relationship ending, moving home, changing careers, leaving a difficult situation, or simply knowing that you are ready to close one chapter and begin another.

Using Light Code Healing, Light Language and intuitive energy work, we work through your energetic field to clear stagnant or unwanted energy, release energetic attachments and gently cut cords that are no longer serving you.

The intention isn't to erase a person or experience, but to release the energetic connection to what has been, reclaim your own energy and create space for something new.

A clearing, grounding and restorative session for when you are ready to release the old and step into your next chapter feeling lighter.

ENERGY Clearing and entity release

A specialised session to cut cords, clear and remove any negative energy and entities from your field.

Galactic imprint removal, energy clearing, chakra clearing, entity removal.

For those who feel as if they carry something that do not belong to them, or have recently moved or with to start fresh.

45 min | £150

  • A deep energetic clearing for times when you feel heavy, unsettled, energetically drained or simply not quite yourself.

This one-to-one session is designed to clear stagnant or unwanted energy from your energetic field and create space for you to feel more grounded, connected and present within yourself.

Working intuitively with energy healing, Reiki, sound, Light Language and energetic clearing practices, I will guide you through a process of releasing what you no longer wish to carry. Within my spiritual practice, this may also include working with what are understood as energetic attachments or entities, alongside clearing old energetic cords, residual energy and patterns that feel ready to be released.

The session is held gently and with intention. We begin by talking about what you have been experiencing and what has brought you to the session, before moving into the clearing itself. We close with grounding and integration, helping you return fully to your body and your own energy.

This experience may be supportive during periods of transition, after emotionally intense experiences, when you have been holding space for others, or simply when you feel called to reset and clear your energetic field.

No previous experience with energy healing is needed.
