Our 100-hour CMA Accredited Sound Healing Training in London is an immersive training for women who feel called to become confident, knowledgeable and professional sound healers.
You’ll learn to work with shamanic instruments, crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls and the gong, alongside nervous system awareness, energy work and the sacred art of holding space — for both 1:1 clients and groups.
The Frequency of She is an invitation to awaken the healer within and your divine feminine energy.

ABOUT THE TRAINING
The course is a journey into sound, healing and the divine feminine — beginning with flexible online study before we come together in London for seven days of immersive learning, ceremony and facilitation.
After graduation, we come together for two online integration gatherings, offering a space where to ask questions and continued support, as you begin putting your training into practice. You’ll also be invited into Maria’s graduate community — a space for shared opportunities and staying connected, not only to the women you have shared this journey with, but to others who work in this field.
Across the in-person training, you’ll move through three distinct chapters: Earth → Ether → Cosmos, each chapter awakening a different aspect of your feminine energy, and inner healer…

The Cosmic Goddess steps in with confidence, courage, knowledge and strength — allowing yourself to take up space as the healer you have become.
Through the expansive frequency of the gong, we move beyond formula and into your own unique expression. We turn towards your offerings, business and being fully seen, culminating in your Goddess Photoshoot.
The Frequency of She is an immersive learning journey where you learn through study and practice.
Each day, we begin in ceremony - working with Cacao, Blue Lotus Tea, and embodiment practices. You’ll receive daily sound healing by Maria, and be held by the other women in our circle, as we share this journey together.
Mid morning entails lectures and theory, and we’ll also explore the business of being a sound healer guided by feminine energy — from energetic marketing and attracting soul aligned clients, to creating beautiful offerings, workshops and experiences that feel uniquely yours.
You’ll be guided to expand beyond offering a “sound bath” and begin to explore the imprint you want to create in this world, who you want to serve and how you want to show up — building a business that feels aligned with your vision, energy, and values.
In the afternoon we spend spend time both giving and receiving sound healing sessions, both 1:1 and in group.
You will learn by facilitating and exploring. Gaining real expreince as you hold space and feeling the vibrations in your own body as you receive.
Throughout the course you have the opportunity to practise with our full instrument library, developing technical skills to confidently facilitate with each instrument. You’ll develop a deep understanding of the role and unique frequency of each instrument, while learning Maria’s signature sound sequences — giving you a strong foundation from which to build your own intuitive, authentic style of facilitation.
You’ll train with shamanic instruments, copper bowls, crystal singing bowls and the gong.
You’ll learn to hold both one-to-one sessions and group sound journeys. You’ll learn how to prepare and open and close the space, spiritual protection and grounding, and how to truly elevate your guests experiences, going way beyond the sound.
By the end of the course you’ll have the knowledge and practical experience to facilitate safe and transformational sound healing sessions — bridging science and energy.
And as a beautiful completion to our journey, you’ll step in front of the camera for your Goddess Photoshoot — a professional mini photoshoot celebrating the woman you are and the healer you have become. You graduate not only qualified, but with professional imagery to help you step into this next version of you.

Dear Sound Healer,
I'm so excited you're here and considering this path.
Becoming a sound healer completely changed the direction of my life. What began as part of my own healing became a career, a business and ultimately, a life that I genuinely love living.
Sound has taken me into beautiful spaces I once could never have imagined — travelling, leading retreats, collaborating with incredible wellness spaces and training hundreds of women to begin journeys of their own.
But perhaps what I love most is the freedom and creativity this work has given me. I get to create, connect with people and build a business around work that feels deeply meaningful to me.
Before entering the wellness world, I spent many years working across hospitality, events and marketing. Do I need experience to become a sound healer?
No previous sound healing experience is required. The Frequency of She takes you from the foundations of sound healing through to confidently facilitating your own 1:1 and group sessions. You may be completely new to this work or already working within yoga, Reiki, energy healing, therapy or wellness.
What qualification do I need to become a sound healer in the UK?
There is no single statutory qualification required to practise sound healing in the UK. However, professional training gives you the knowledge, practical experience and understanding needed to work safely and confidently. On successful completion of The Frequency of She, you will receive a 100-hour CMA Accredited Sound Healer Facilitator Diploma.
What instruments will I learn during the Sound Healing Training?
You’ll learn to work with crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, gong, shamanic drum, rattles, rainsticks, chimes and other shamanic instruments, alongside exploring the energetic power of the voice.
You’ll learn not only how to play the instruments, but how to bring sound, energy and intention together to create complete healing journeys.
Do I need to own singing bowls or a gong before starting?
No. You’ll have access to our full instrument library throughout the training, giving you the freedom to practise with different crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, gongs and shamanic instruments before deciding what you would like to invest in yourself.
Where does the Sound Healing Training take place in London?
The seven-day immersive Sound Healing Training takes place in North London, at House of Moon Studio. Your in-person training is supported by guided online study beforehand and two optional online integration gatherings afterwards.
Do I become a professional sound healer after the training?
The Frequency of She is designed to give you the knowledge, practical experience and confidence to begin creating and facilitating your own professional sound healing offerings.
Alongside learning the instruments and the art of facilitation, you'll explore energetic marketing, creating your own offerings and beginning to build your business as a sound healer.
Is this Sound Healing Training suitable for yoga teachers and Reiki practitioners?
Yes. The training can be taken as a complete pathway into sound healing or used to expand an existing practice. Yoga teachers, Reiki practitioners, energy healers, therapists and other wellness professionals can learn to integrate sound into their existing work or create a separate sound healing offering.
Is this training suitable for women of different religions and beliefs?
Absolutely. The Frequency of She is not connected to any particular religion, and women of all faiths and spiritual backgrounds are warmly welcome.
While there is an energetic and spiritual element to the training, this is not an overly “woo woo” practice. We explore energy, frequency and vibration alongside the physical effects of sound and music on the body and nervous system. We simply ask that you come with an openness to the healing potential of sound, music and vibration.
Some practices may draw inspiration from ancient traditions, ritual and our connection to nature, but you will never be asked to adopt a particular belief system or participate in something that conflicts with your faith.
If there are any practices you are unable to participate in, prayer times you need to observe, religious holidays that fall during the training, or anything else we should be aware of, please share this with us before the course begins. This gives us time to understand your needs, prepare appropriately and, where possible, make adjustments to your schedule so you can feel fully welcomed and supported throughout the training.
What makes The Frequency of She Sound Healing Training different?
The Frequency of She goes beyond simply learning how to play sound healing instruments. It brings together sound, energy work, nervous system awareness, space holding, intuition, personal healing and professional development within an immersive one-month journey created for women.
You’ll learn through both facilitating and receiving, work within a small group of no more than eight women, and complete your journey with your Goddess Photoshoot — professional imagery to support you as you begin sharing your work with the world.
