THE RELEASE RETREAT

Join us for a powerful journey over 4 night, 5 day retreat in the wild beauty of Cornwall. Through sacred fire rituals, movement, breathwork, sound healing, and grounding practices, this retreat is designed to support release, healing, reconnection, and inner transformation. A space to soften, let go, and return home to yourself surrounded by nature and community.


Each day of the retreat will guide you through another layer of release and reconnection, working gently with the physical, emotional, and spiritual body.

Through carefully held practices and ceremonies, we will explore limiting beliefs, stored emotions, and held trauma — creating a safe and supportive space for healing, transformation, and coming home to yourself.

Our movement sessions will include Yin Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, and ecstatic dance — allowing the body to soften, awaken, express, and release stored emotions, tension, and stagnant energy.

We will also experience Levi’s signature Auralis 7D Transformative Breathwork with Reiki integration.

— a powerful journey designed to support deep emotional release, energetic clearing, nervous system reset, and expanded states of awareness.

We will gather in sacred rituals including fire ceremonies. Our heart-opening cacao ceremony, creating space for intention setting, letting go, connection, and transformation.

Nature will become an important part of the journey through forest bathing, wild water swimming, ocean air, grounding practices, and evenings around the fire beneath the stars.

You will also be immersed in deeply restorative sound healing experiences, including an extended sound bath designed to bring the body, mind, and energy system into deep rest, recalibration, and inner balance.

OUR VENUE 

ERTH ESTATE

Our home for the journey is the Erth Estate. Accessible by direct train from London Paddington to Saltash in under 4 hours, with easy rail connections from other parts of the UK via Plymouth. From Saltash station, the retreat is just a short 10-minute car ride away.

For retreat guests arriving by train, we will organise group pick-ups from Saltash station to make your journey as smooth and relaxed as possible.

The venue can also be reached by car via the A38, and the nearest airports are Newquay, Exeter, and Bristol

Shared Double Room — Inside the Venue
Beautiful shared twin or double rooms located within the main retreat house, all with en suite bathrooms. Warm, cosy, and peaceful spaces designed for deep rest and comfort.

Shared Hut — On the Retreat Grounds
Charming shared huts nestled within the retreat grounds, offering a more immersive nature experience with shared bathroom facilities nearby.

Private Single Hut
A private hut for those wanting their own personal sanctuary and space during the retreat. Perfect for deeper solitude, reflection, and rest.
