GAIA ALCHEMY RETREAT

GAIA ALCHEMY RETREAT

23 - 27 July | Cornwall

Healing is often spoken about as becoming more, doing more, or finding something outside of ourselves. Yet some of the deepest transformations happen when we stop striving and allow ourselves to release.

This retreat is an invitation to gently lay down the stories, emotions, patterns and identities that no longer belong to you, trusting that the Earth is able to hold what you are no longer meant to carry.

GAIA ALCHEMY RETREAT

The Gaia Alchemy Retreat is rooted in the understanding that nature is our greatest teacher. Just as the forest sheds its leaves, the tides continually ebb and flow, and fire transforms everything it touches, we too are constantly being invited into cycles of release, renewal and rebirth. Throughout our time together, Gaia becomes both the witness and the container for this process, holding space as we soften, surrender and return to our natural state of balance.

Every ceremony, practice and ritual has been carefully designed around this intention. Through sacred fire ceremonies, we will honour what is ready to be released, offering old fears, limiting beliefs and outdated versions of ourselves to the flames

Through time immersed in forests, beside the ocean and in wild waters, we will reconnect with the grounding intelligence of the Earth, allowing nature to gently regulate the nervous system while reminding us that change is a natural and beautiful part of life.

Heart-opening cacao ceremonies will create space for honest reflection and intention, while channelled Light Language transmissions will support energetic clearing and deeper alignment. Sound healing journeys, Yin Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and Levin's Auralis 7D Transformative Breathwork with Reiki integration will gently guide the body into a place where it feels safe enough to soften, release and receive.

This retreat is not about escaping your life or becoming somebody new. It is about creating the space to let go of what has become heavy, trusting the wisdom of your body and the intelligence of Gaia to transform what is no longer needed. As each layer falls away, what remains is not a new version of you, but a deeper remembrance of who you have always been.

You will leave feeling lighter, more grounded and deeply connected to yourself, carrying forward not only the memories of this retreat, but the understanding that whenever life feels overwhelming, the Earth is always there to hold you, guide you and remind you how to return home to yourself.

OUR SCHEDULE

OUR GATHERINGS

Our movement sessions will be held inside the beautiful on-site yurt — surrounded by nature where we will gather for Yoga, Somatic Movements, breathwork, and meditation.

Throughout the retreat we will also walk the lands and forests surrounding the estate, allowing nature itself to hold space and alchemise through grounding walks, forest bathing, and moments of reflection by the water and beneath the trees.

For our sound healing journeys, extended sound bath, ceremonies, and sharing circles, we will gather inside the estate’s beautiful 1700’s chapel — a deeply atmospheric and sacred space that holds incredible energy for healing, connection, release, and transformation.

OUR VENUE

ERTH ESTATE

Set on the peaceful Erth Peninsula, our retreat venue is a place to slow down, reconnect, and immerse yourself in nature. Surrounded by open skies, flowing water, and deep stillness, it offers the perfect setting for rest, reflection, and transformation.

Erth Peninsula lies within 300 acres of regenerative farmland, encircled by the River Lynher, with views towards Dartmoor and the village of St Germans. This is protected and unspoilt land with no public footpaths, allowing us to experience the landscape in its wild and natural beauty.

With roots dating back to the 1800s and a modern vision of conscious, simple living, Erth beautifully blends history, nature, and community.

The venue includes six spacious bedrooms in the main house, three self-contained huts, a cosy sitting room with a fireplace, and a beautiful yurt and chapel where many of our gatherings and ceremonies will take place.

FINAL WORDS

We are so deeply excited and honoured to hold this space for you. Creating transformational healing journeys like this truly feels like part of our soul’s mission — bringing people together to heal, release, reconnect, and remember who they truly are.

This retreat is especially meaningful to us as it will be our first retreat together in Cornwall. Over the years we have held space for retreats, ceremonies, and healing experiences around the world, including Morocco and Croatia.

We cannot wait to now bring this work to the wild beauty of Cornwall.

Whether you are arriving with a clear intention or simply feeling the call to come, we trust that this experience will meet you exactly as you are. You do not need any previous spiritual experience — only an open mind, an open heart, and a willingness to show up for yourself.

We cannot wait to welcome you.

With all our light,

Maria Lodetoft & Levin
