You are invited in with a aura cleanse and served a cup of Moroccan rosebud tea. Once seated our session begins with a guided heart-opening meditation, designed to bring awareness into the depth of your heart, dissolve emotional barriers, and invite openness.

As you lay down, a rose quartz crystal will be placed on your heart centre and activated with light codes, amplifying the frequency of love, compassion, and self-connection. This crystal is yours to take home as a reminder of the ceremony and the intention you set.

You will then be immersed in a heart-centred sound healing journey with alchemy crystal singing bowls. The vibrations move gently through the chest and heart space, supporting the release of stored and unexpressed emotions held within the body. Working on a cellular and energetic level, the sound invites the heart to soften, expand, and reopen — activating its natural capacity for love, compassion, and connection, while guiding the nervous system into deep safety and rest.
