Each day of the Soul Transform Retreat is a sacred unfolding — a deep inner journey through the layers of cleansing, release, awakening, and self-love.
Your transformation is woven through a full arc of daily practices designed to open the body, clear the mind, and awaken the soul.
Mornings begin with movement: yoga, somatic release, and Kundalini practices that activate your energy and strengthen your connection to the body. Mid-morning brings creative and expressive workshops where emotion, intuition, and self-awareness are explored through guided processes.
In the afternoons, we gather in sharing circles to be witnessed and held in community. On the dedicated day of release, we dive into transformative breathwork — a powerful journey that clears old emotional imprints, liberates what’s been stored in the body, and creates space for a deeper truth to emerge.
As the sun begins to soften, we move into sound healing and energy healing sessions, allowing the nervous system to settle and the heart to open. Evenings unfold in ceremony, and on special nights we gather under the stars for a moonlit fire ritual — releasing, honouring, and transforming under the vast cosmic sky.
Every practice is intentional. Every moment is a doorway inward. Together, they form a container where healing becomes natural, profound, and lasting.

Our meals are crafted to nourish you fully while keeping the body light, steady, and open for practice. The menu is primarily vegetarian, with clean proteins available on the side for those who want them.
Mornings begin with fresh seasonal fruit, warm local bread, and simple, grounding offerings that ease you into the day. Lunch is light and refreshing, centred around vibrant salads, vegetables, and delicate soups.
Evenings are slow and comforting, with nourishing stews, traditional grains, homemade dips, bright salads, hummus, and roasted vegetables.
Water and tea are available all day, both still and sparkling, so you stay hydrated and supported. Fresh fruit and snacks are always on hand, allowing you to follow the natural rhythm of your body’s hunger and energy.

Surrounded by open land and wide skies, the villa provides a peaceful sanctuary while remaining only twenty minutes from the vibrant coastal town of Essaouira.
This retreat includes special practices unique to this location, including a guided visit into Essaouira, sunset sound baths under the open sky, and a rooftop fire ceremony where intentions are released and rebirth is anchored through ritual and flame.
The villa offers generous indoor and outdoor spaces for ceremony, movement, rest, and integration, allowing the work to unfold in both comfort and depth.
