YIN YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

“Healing trough stillness”

This training is rooted in traditional yin yoga teachings thought to Maria by Sebastian Purcell, who studied directly with Paul Grilley and Sarah Powers—the pioneers in bringing Yin Yoga into the modern world.

Through this lineage, Maria carries forward an approach that honours both the functional anatomy and the energetic depth of the practice.

The program includes eight days of in-person immersion supported by online study, blending direct experience with flexible learning to create a comprehensive and transformative training. The training is available either as a full 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training or as a 100-hour add-on module.

Maria’s Yin Yoga Teacher Training guides you into the transformative world of stillness, energy, and awareness—supporting you in becoming a skilled teacher, able to share Yin Yoga as a practice of inner transformation.

The in-person training allows us to practice together, refine teaching skills, and create a supportive community of learning. The online study provides space to revisit key concepts, dive deeper into anatomy and philosophy, and reflect on your personal journey with Yin Yoga.

Together, these two elements create a comprehensive and balanced training—one that supports both intellectual understanding and lived experience, preparing you to share Yin Yoga with authenticity and confidence.
