Gaia Frequency Healing is my signature healing modality, born from years of working with sound, Reiki, energy medicine, and an ever-deepening connection with the wisdom of the Earth.

At the heart of this work is the understanding that Gaia holds the original blueprint of life—a field of intelligence that remembers balance, harmony, and wholeness. By connecting with this nurturing frequency, the body is gently invited out of survival and back into a state where healing can naturally begin.

Each session combines gentle hands-on energy healing, intuitive guidance, Light Codes, and Light Language transmissions to support healing across the physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual bodies. The work is deeply grounding, calming the nervous system, restoring energetic flow, balancing the chakras, and creating a sense of safety within the body.

Every session is unique and guided by what your body and energy field need most. During your treatment, I may receive intuitive insights, messages, or guidance to help you better understand the challenges you are currently navigating. Where appropriate, the session may also include past-life healing, ancestral healing, or the release of energetic patterns that are no longer serving your highest good.
