LIGHT LANGUAGE CHANNELLING WORKSHOP
Curious about Light Language and wondering what it actually is — or perhaps you’ve felt an intuitive pull to speak, sing, move or draw something that seems to come from somewhere beyond the mind?
This immersive workshop is an introduction to Light Language Channelling, created for those who are curious to explore this practice and learn how to begin opening their own channel.
We’ll explore Light Language through voice, movement, hands, symbols and Light Codes, combining spiritual exploration with practical guidance, so you can begin to understand the practice and experience it for yourself.
THE JOURNEY
We’ll begin by creating a safe and grounded space with an Opening Circle and guided meditation, followed by a live Light Language channelled transmission from Maria to introduce you to the experience.
From there, we’ll move into the theory and foundations of Light Language, exploring:
What is Light Language?
Where does the concept come from?
Different forms and expressions of Light Language
The role of intention, intuition and altered states of consciousness
The voice as a channel
Hand movements, symbols and Light Codes
How Light Language is traditionally understood to work
Current research and scientific perspectives around sound, vibration, intention and consciousness
How to create a safe and grounded channelling practice
You’ll then be guided through a Throat Chakra Activation and Crown Chakra Clearing, designed to support expression, embodiment and the release of blocks around using your authentic voice.
LUNCH & INTEGRATION
We’ll pause for a nourishing light lunch, included in your workshop, giving you time to connect, integrate and reflect before we continue.
OPENING YOUR CHANNEL
In the afternoon, we’ll move into the practical part of the workshop.
Maria will guide you step-by-step through practices to begin activating your own Light Language channel through voice and hands.
You’ll have the opportunity to explore:
Speaking Light Language
Allowing sounds, syllables and tones to emerge intuitively without needing to consciously create or understand them.Singing Light Language
Exploring the voice through tones, frequencies, melodies and intuitive vocal expression.Signing & Hand Channelling
Allowing the hands and body to move intuitively, exploring gestures, patterns and energetic language.
There will be plenty of space to practice in a supportive environment, with Maria holding the container and guiding you through any uncertainty or resistance that arises.
There is no requirement to perform, and there is no “right” way to do this. You are invited to explore, listen to your body and discover how your own channel naturally wants to express itself.
LIGHT CODES & LIGHT MARKS
To close the day, we’ll move from sound into visual expression.
You’ll be introduced to Light Codes and Light Marks, allowing symbols, shapes and intuitive drawings to emerge through your hands.
This is an opportunity to explore another form of channelling — one that doesn’t require words or sound, but instead allows the body and hands to become the instrument.
We’ll finish with a Closing Circle, bringing the group back together to share, integrate and ground the experience.
YOU WILL LEAVE WITH
A deeper understanding of Light Language and its different forms of expression, practical tools to begin exploring your own channelling practice, and an embodied experience of working with voice, vibration, movement, hands and symbols.
Most importantly, you’ll have the opportunity to move beyond simply learning about Light Language and begin experiencing what it feels like to open your own channel.
No previous experience is required.
